Parents, caregivers, and professionals are invited to register for this FREE psychological first aid course that focuses on helping children, youth, and family during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Get psychological first aid (PFA) training and help people with different needs to cope with the emotional impact of COVID-19.The program provides an informed approach to helping others.

You will learn how to recognize signs of distress, how to offer help without judgment or assumptions, how to connect to available resources and how to implement responder self-care strategies.

Hosted by the The Mountain View Family Resource Network, the program runs on Wednesday, May 12th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm via Zoom.
