|We know you need to get your shopping done, but if it's a bit cold outside, sometimes you just don't want to go out and warm up the car. Or maybe you're a walker, but again, it's a little nippy out.|
Or maybe you're not as mobile as you'd like. That's when you should take advantage of a great service offered in Didsbury, the Lions Shuttle Bus.
After a brief "covid hiatus", the Lions Club is happy to begin driving folks around on Wednesday, April 7th.
The Didsbury Lions Club owns and operates the Lions Shuttle Bus, offering taxi service for all residents of Didsbury - young, elderly or the handicapped.
If you need a ride to a doctor's appointment, for personal business, or just some shopping downtown, give the Lions a call or text at 403-507-0208.
The cost for trips within Town limits is just $4 per stop - $8 per round trip. The service runs between 9 am and 3 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, and the first Tuesday of the month.
Longer out-of-town trips can also be arranged, so if you need to go into the city for medical appointments or similar, again, just give the Lions a call.
