|If you haven't been to The Heritage Centre west of Cremona yet, now's a great chance for you to take in one of Alberta's gems - and learn barbecuing at the same time!|
You'll learn Pitmaster Fundamentals from Instructor, Rob Reinhardt. Rob runs Prairie Smoke and Spice BBQ, the premier BBQ caterer in Saskatchewan and head of Canada's winningest BBQ competition team.
Students will learn all about true, low 'n slow, Southern-style Barbecue. Cooking takes place throughout the class, including how to prepare brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and chicken.
You'll learn about the perfect grill or smoker to add to your backyard, make new friends, and impress your family and colleagues with new flavours.
Depending on Covid-19 requirements, class sizes may be reduced to accommodate adequate social distancing in the classroom setting. Food is served to guests to limit the contact of tongs and condiments. The use of facemasks in indoor settings is encouraged.

The event takes place on April 24th or 25th, with a Pitmaster Banquet held April 24th ($50 +GST). (If demand requires, there could be a second banquet on Sunday evening as well.)
