The Bud Barn Special Event - Posted: Thur, June 25, 2020, 01:18 pm - By Kathleen Windsor
Newcomers to Didsbury may not realize it, but there is a local gem just east of town. This gem is the World's Largest Privately Owned Budweiser®TM memorabilia collection, and it's hosting a very special event on the September long weekend!

The Bud Barn Museum is hosting a Labour Day long weekend special event in 2020.The Museum is directed by the Neapolis Historical Association. It contains hundreds of rare die cast cars, trucks, planes, inflatables, signs, mirrors, Nitro powered remote controlled boats and cars, hats, banners, posters, tap handles, collectable cans and bottles, glassware, figurines, spoons, very rare turn of the century Bud items, plates, trays, steins, pins helmets, and more!

This special event takes place on the Labour Day long weekend, September 5 - 7, 2020.

This will be their final public event and it's going to be a good one. As they did for their 10th Anniversary back in 2017, funds raised will be in support of the Mountain View Food Bank.

All you have to do is bring 4 canned or dry goods items per person and you'll get a free pass to tour this amazing museum.

Doors open at 12 pm on September 5, 6, and 7 and you can come any time from then on until 7 pm.

Live entertainment will be provided on Sunday, September 6th from 7 - 12 pm.

Overnight camping can also be arranged for self-contained RVs for a $10 a day donation (non-serviced). Call Tom at 403-586-2315 for details.
