|Everybody loves a Farmers' Market. Nowhere else can you find some of the most nutritious, fresh, Alberta made products available. Come talk to the person who grew the carrots, raised the chicken, baked the bread, produced the jam, or knit the sweater.|
Didsbury's Farmers Market started on July 1st, at their new location at the Exhibition Grounds from 5 - 7 pm.
To be able to continue with these openings, they ask that all participants, spectators, market-goers and visitors respect the social distancing rule of six feet, wash your hands regularly, do not touch your face, and stay home if you have any symptoms or are not feeling well. There is hand sanitizer available, and we encourage people to bring their own when visiting the grounds.
The Didsbury Agricultural Society Exhibition Grounds are located just north of the town of Didsbury, off Township Road 314. From town, just go north on 23rd Street (Range Road 20), then turn west like you were going to the landfill. From Olds, go south on 70th Avenue, then turn west like you were going to the landfill.
Farmers' Markets provide a great shopping experience where consumers can "savour time rather than save time". They are a chance to shop in a relaxed, fun atmosphere while receiving the highest quality products.
One more thing: Grillz Weenie Wagon and Cool Treats will be on site for your dining pleasure!
Plan to visit the Didsbury Farmers Market each Wednesday.
